All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During new drops, sales, or holidays, processing time may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience and support!


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard shipping across the U.S. via trusted carriers like USPS or UPS.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination


International Shipping
We are currently offering international shipping; however, we are still working on finding the most affordable and reliable options for our customers abroad.

  • Right now, international shipping prices may appear higher than expected due to automatic rates generated by our platform

Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Orders
Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. AYA Hijabs is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. However, if your order is delayed or arrives damaged/incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.


Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after checkout, contact us immediately at sales@ayabymina.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order is processed.
