Thank you so much for supporting our small business. We put a lot of care into every hijab we ship, and we hope you love what you ordered. Please read below for our current return and refund policy.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns. As a growing small business still establishing our international shipping process, we are not yet equipped to handle returns. We hope to offer this in the future as we expand and improve our operations, inshaAllah.
Please double-check your order before checking out to ensure accuracy with your chosen items.
Refunds & Order Issues
While we do not accept general returns, we want you to be happy with your experience. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at sales@ayabymina.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the mistake is on our end, we will do our best to make it right, either through a replacement or store credit.
Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you have concerns about sizing or color, feel free to email us before placing your order — we’re happy to help guide you.
